The next day was a tough one...we woke up at 4 pm from too much partying the night before and jet lag which had fully kicked in. Once we managed to wake up we walked the streets of Barcelona and stopped to eat at a local restaurant called El Fornet. That night we got a quick late night dinner at an overly priced restaurant called Marisco Corsega, although over priced the lobster paella was worth it. Later, we met up with a friend, Sebastian, and had mojitos and then went to a local bar called Pipa Club.
Saturday was our touristy day, so we spent the day on the Hop on Hop Off Bus and saw all the major areas of Barcelona. La Sagrada Familia and the MNAC were the most memorable for me. that night was finished with an early dinner and rest.

Sunday was spent lounging around Barcelona on Bikes that we rented. We rode to Barceloneta Beach and had ice cream, then continued through all the little stores by the beach. That night we found a small local bar that had great food and even better Sangria.
That night we went to Chupitos Bar! What an experience! It's a small bar located in the center of Barcelona that serves over 500 shots! (they have drinks too, but that's no fun!) We went up to the Bartender and told him to make us a shot, there's a menu but no ingredients so you order based on the name, if it is a regular shot often times the bartender will tell you to pick another. After asking the bartender to make us a random shot all he said was "Fuerte o Dulce?" We picked a little bit of both but every shot was fantastic. We had several shots one called the Boyscout that consisted of roasting a marshmallow then dunking it into the shot and drinking it, another called HijodePuta which was a shot of tequila and mint and then you had to breath in and it felt like a bomb went off in your mouth. The place was amazing!
All in all Barcelona was great! We made great friends and found the city to be beautiful. It was colder than we expected but it's better than being hot. On to the next city!
